As the new school year begins, we invite you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of back-to-school preparations and join us for a rejuvenating Sound Bath in nature. On September 11th at 10 a.m., experienced practitioners John East of The Well-Worn Soul and Deborah Nicholson will be offering a unique outdoor Sound Bath at the scenic Eleven Mile State Park, next to the serene Elevenmile Canyon Reservoir.

About the Sound Bath: This special event is designed to honor and support teachers, parents, and students as they transition into the new academic year. Using two sets of sound bowls, John and Deborah will create a harmonious soundscape that encourages relaxation, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of calm and renewal.
