
Yoga
At The Well-Worn Soul, Yoga is an embodied practice of deep rest, heartfelt presence, and subtle realignment. Through conscious movement, breath awareness, and supported stillness, each gathering is curated to support the body’s natural capacity for balance, integration, and restoration.
Guided with care and intention, each class invites students to move slowly, listen inward, and observe subtle sensations within the body and breath. Whether flowing gently or resting in fully supported poses, or seats of yoga - known as asana - Yoga at The Well-Worn Soul opens space to soften, unfold, and return to yourself through embodied awareness. These gatherings are never about performance, but rather about cultivating awareness, integrity, and relationship with the body as a living, sensing teacher.
