Sound baths with The Well-Worn Soul are an immersive experience rooted in the yogic tradition of Nāda Yoga - sometimes referred to as the Yoga of Sacred Sound. Guided by John and Geoffrey, this gathering explores deep listening as a doorway into presence, remembrance, and the direct experience of wholeness.

Within this tradition, sound is understood as neither noise nor merely something we hear, but as a vehicle through which awareness of both the outer world and the subtle dimensions of inner experience can be cultivated. The Sanskrit term nāda may be understood as sound, tone, or resonance, and through the practice of Nāda Yoga, listening itself becomes an opportunity for cultivating awareness.
