Our community sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, will help you relax and rejuvenate while surrounded by the beauty of nature. The healing vibrations of the crystal bowls will wash over you, releasing stress and tension and restoring balance to your mind, body and soul. Be sure to bring your own yoga mat to ensure maximum comfort, as the ground may be damp. We also recommend bringing a pillow for added relaxation. This is an event you won't want to miss!
