About the event
Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath is an immersive group experience curated to invite deep rest, embodied presence, and subtle realignment. Guided by Jessica and John, this sound bath is designed to support the body’s natural capacity for restoration and regeneration.
Through long-held, fully supported poses, or seats of yoga - known as asana - the physical body is cradled by various props and bolsters, welcoming restoration, integration, and transmutation. Layered with the multidimensional resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, the vibrations of sound move through the subtle layers of being, offering an opportunity to unfold, restore, and return to yourself again and again.
