About the event
The UCCS Fall Sound Bath is an immersive group experience curated to invite rest and unwinding in the midst of the academic semester. Guided by John and Geoffrey, this sound bath uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments to create a soothing environment where you can pause and regulate.
Held at the turning of Late Summer to Fall - a natural time for release and reflection - this gathering invites you to let go of tension, recenter your focus, and step into the fruiting energy of the season. The layered tones of the instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation while supporting gentle mental and physical restoration.
