Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative and immersive experience in our wellness center. Our community sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, will help you relax and rejuvenate while surrounded by a community of likeminded people. The healing vibrations of the crystal bowls infused with the Cosimc Reiki will wash over you, releasing stress and tension and restoring balance to your mind, body and soul. 

Be sure to bring your own yoga mat to ensure maximum comfort. We also recommend bringing a pillow for added relaxation. This is an event you won't want to miss!
