I created The Well-Worn Soul for those searching for harmony, purpose, and contentment. I knew from an early age that I was put on this earth to help people reach their optimum potential and achieve their purpose in this life. When our life becomes unbalanced, it is usually because we are neglecting one or more of three things; our mind, our body, or our soul.


Through a holistic approach of psychology, coaching, soul guidance, and tools targeting the mind, body and soul, I help clients overcome the obstacles in their life, achieve the goals they’ve set for themselves and unlock the power within them.

Getting Started

A Holistic Guide is someone who helps individuals achieve balance and well-being in all areas of their life, including physical, emotional, and spiritual health. This includes using a variety of methods, such as psychology, coaching, meditation, sound healing, reiki, and natural remedies, to help individuals achieve their goals. A Holistic Guide also works with clients to address specific issues, such as stress management or chronic pain.
